Service & Maintenance
When you get your lift(s) maintained, the life span will increase and to ensure that it stays fit for purpose. Also, lift maintenance can help you determine how safe to use your lift.
It all depends on how much you use your lift(s). At MTM lifts you can choose 2 to 3 service visits per year or even more, which would a bespoke maintenance that could suite your unique demands.
Yes! Why? It is simply for your peace of mind, and this will allow you to be the priority of MTM lifts over non-contracts.

Lift installations
All our lifts vary depending on the lifts you have chosen. However, the quickest and most efficient lift we install are the 1 metre to 3 metre travel lifts that could be installed in a day.
It depends if you are a contractor or a builder doing the project then yes. If you are the end user of the lift then no, but you can be present during the demonstration of handover.
Yes, it could be a temporary power or permanent depending on the lift you have chosen.
Your options are plenty. You can have screw driven lifts, innovative belt driven lifts, hydraulic lifts, chain driven lifts, and traction lifts.

If you have a contract with MTM lifts you are priority and it depends on your lift maintenance agreement, we do our best to respond as soon as possible.
Yes! All our clients can get technical support from us to see if we can rectify the issue over the phone, which help our customers to save money and time.
